Participants will be judged on a number of factors including, but not limited to, unique recipes, cultural relevance, story behind the recipe, interesting cooking techniques, reinterpreting recipes for special diets or festivities, usage of out-of-the- box ingredients and more. In other words, we’re looking for recipes that really stretch your creativity.
We’re excited to see what you will come up with! Last date for submission is 05/11/2021
Submit your recipes before that!All submissions will be subject to selection process by our panel of judges along with Chairperson Clarence Ling. Selections made by the panel would be final.

Details
Include a Recipe Narrative – tell us about the recipe and why it is meaningful to you and the culture you belong to. The following questions can be used to guide your narrative but each question does not need to be addressed.
- Why did you choose this dish?
- What does it mean to you?
- Does the dish reflect your cultural history or the cultural history of your community?
- What was your inspiration for the dish?
- Include recipe ingredients and cooking instructions (quantity for 2 pax)
- Submit minimum two photos (finished dish and the chef)
- The recipe can be of a starter, main coarse or dessert.
The mandatory points which you need to follow are:
- Let us know for your Name & Family Name
- Your Nationality
- Profile picture
- Picture of your dish (We do not accept google or other downloaded pictures or text).
- Make sure the picture of the dish is clear and only contains the dish (no selfies or other).
- Recipe needs to be submitted in English language
All submissions must be in English or translated to English. Translated submissions can be accompanied by ,native language document.

Your entires will be evaluated by our panel of judges at Y’s Men International Asia Pacific along with the Chairperson Clarence Ling
